Responsibilities:
• Prepare List of leads & target them as per team directions.
• Entering Customer Feedback.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos.
• Prepare professional, proposals, booking packages.
• Prepare PPT presentations & present to delegations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations.
• Coordinate with other sales personnel to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.

We are looking for ‘Finishing Engineer’. The ideal candidate will have a strong hand on Civil finishing works in high rise projects as well as Villas. The candidate should be able to execute Architectural & Interior designer works efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for execution of all Finishing works including Masonry, Tiling (Flooring and Dado), Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling, Façade, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters.
• Be able to manage on ground contractors for timely & efficient completion.
• Responsible to Calculate quantities required to execute finishing activities.
• Able to understand specifications/methodology and architectural drawings of finishing activities.
• Coordination with Contractors/Subcontractors for Finishing Activities to carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing activities at all stages.
• Responsible for Check Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of relevant Experience.
